From the Military Suite: SALT III (limited edition)

An original Hank Virgona (1979) SALT III poster (20" x 16") "From the Military Suite." Virgona followed the Cold War and all things Nixon back in the early 70s. The Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (aka SALT I and SALT II) agreements between Soviet President Leonid Brezhnev and U.S. President Richard Nixon, were no exception. This etching was his interpretation of another talk, SALT III, which never did occur.
