“The Pitcher a la Mosaic” (Aug 2011 / reworked Jan 2012). 9 1/2 x 5 1/2” (approx). This unique and unusual still life mosaic collage has great detail and texture, inspired by in a Picasso . One of Virgona’s reworked pieces, he used plywood as his medium. Hints of red, yellow, orange, green and white, painted over gently with watercolor. This pitcher was the star of many of Hank’s works.
